My Lowes Life is the human resources benefits webpage and Lowe’s employee portal.  Existing as well as former employees can access human resource information offered by the Lowes.  My Lowes Life is designed for current Lowe’s employee’s benefits although former Lowes employees can access limited benefit information.

If you are a current Lowes employee, you need to login to www.myloweslife.com for all HR related and benefits needs. The website requires employees to enter your sales number and password to get started. If you are a former employee, then some information and resources will be available to you to help with the transition. My Lowes Life includes the Lowe’s Benefits Handbook, transition information and COBRA benefits guide. You are also given the links to payroll, employee stock options and eTrade to manage your previous employment information.

If you are a former employee and you need to find information available at My Lowes Life,  you do not need to login.

You can also join us on Facebook here  Lowes Employees.com.   We are the unofficial Lowes Employees Facebook page.  We respect your privacy and will never spam you or use your private information.  We work at Lowes too and we know how “corporate” is about online social media.  So keep it real, don’t post any store specific sales information or anyones personal info.

Lowes provides the following privacy policy when accessing the “My Lowes Life” site.

Remember, this is not a Lowes site or affiliated in any way with Lowes.  It’s a site we set up as current and former employees to promote Lowes and its great employees.  We don’t monitor your activity here or keep your information.  And yes, Lowes does know this site exists so we can’t use  “official”  Lowes logos or images.  That would be copyright infringement and they take that seriously!  So as always, Lowes is cool.  Just use common sense when posting.

There is just something special about the big hardware stores.  You know a Lowes when you walk in. The smell, the sounds, the people.  You buy  a new grill, get a carpet install estimate and purchase the lumber to build your deck. The only thing better than shopping at Lowes is working there.
